About Me

Hi, my name is Sydney and I would love to help you achieve your fitness goals!  I am certified through NASM and have years of experience with my training.  My style of training is intentional, purposeful, and not over complicated and I am very passionate about proper body mechanics.  My goal is to get your body to its full potential and help you stay injury free while gaining strength to help you live your everyday life with more confidence.   Whether your goal is to lose, gain, or maintain weight and build lean muscle mass, I am your gal!  I will challenge you and motivate you to reach your goals and nothing makes me smile more than seeing you succeed.

I am a certified fitness nutritionist through NASM and love teaching my clients how to throw those fad diets out and learn to eat wholesome foods instead.  I do not advocate cookie cutter meals plans that leave you starving throughout the day and I think it’s important to treat yourself at times as well.

I want to help you build a sustainable way of eating without too many restrictions.  Let me help you pair your training with the proper nutrition to help you reach your goals.


All of my sessions are an hour long.  3-month commitment is needed with the monthly rates. You will be charged every 4 weeks or I can do biweekly as well!
